Empowering rural women by building strong connections.

I am a nurse, a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend and a whole bunch of other titles and labels BUT most importantly I am human!

I am wildly passionate about the strength, resilience, adaptability and grit that our rural, regional and remote women have. We are the wheels that keep our agricultural industry turning, but often we are so undervalued, under resourced and grossly under supported across all aspects of life.  My work is about changing that.

Through my speaking, I help women feel seen, supported, and understood, while giving them practical tools to reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and navigate the realities of life, work, and motherhood in rural Australia.

Because when women feel supported, everything else works better. At home, in business, and in our communities.

When women feel supported, everything else works better. At home, in business, and in our communities.

What your audience will walk away with

  • A deeper sense of confidence and self-trust
  • Practical strategies to support their wellbeing and mental health
  • Stronger connections and a sense of belonging
  • A shift from survival mode to feeling more in control and supported
  • Tools they can immediately apply in their daily life, work, and relationships
Rebecca does not shy from being vulnerable and sharing her own lived experiences when connecting with her audience. Due to this, every audience member is taken on a journey in which they are seen as partners, parents and individuals, and feel that their challenges and strengths are seen, acknowledged and valued"

My favourite topics to speak about are:

  • The seasons of womanhood and how to trust yourself through each stage

  •  Building connection over competition to create stronger support networks and reduce judgement

  •  Identity across different life stages and learning to embrace its evolution

  •  Prioritising your health and wellbeing in a rural context: including overcoming barriers to care, self-advocacy, and practical, achievable strategies that fit real life

  •  Connection, collaboration and confidence in rural business: building meaningful relationships, sharing experiences, and strengthening networks that support long-term success

I'm Rebecca Bradshaw, founder of Rural Child Health.

I have travelled many parts of Queensland and LOVE meeting women in their local area, in their community. Travelling the vast rural, regional and remote areas of Australia and connecting with and empowering women lights me up and it is such a privilege to have the opportunity to do this.

I am not polished or scripted, I am relatable, raw, genuine and at times down right hilarious and I believe that if we want people to feel safe being vulnerable and honest about their experience and daily life, we need to show them that we are also vulnerable because that is the key to connection!

Available Workshops

Celebrating YOU… You are NOT lost

Includes guided workshop and workbook for 1 hour.

Every day you show up for your kids, your family, your friends, your work colleagues and at times, people you barely even know… no matter how tired, hungry or exhausted you are.

When was the last time you showed up for YOU?

This workshop guides you to pause, recognise, reflect and celebrate YOU!

It challenges you to identify how you are going to show up for yourself every day and discover what self care you will do every day so we all get the best version of YOU.

This workshop can be run as a standalone workshop or delivered as a beautifully holistic experience when paired with the Reacquainting Yourself With YOU workshop.

Reacquaint yourself with YOU

Includes guided workshop and workbook for 1 hour.

As women we are pro’s at knowing who lies what, what makes them tick and all the general preferences of our loved ones to make their life more comfortable BUT what about YOU? When was the last time you prioritised your preferences or checked in with yourself to see what lights you up?

How can you expect others to meet your needs and help you if YOU don’t actually know what you want and what that looks like? This workshop helps to shine the spotlight on YOU and helps to reacquaint yourself with YOU because you matter!

This workshop can be run as a standalone workshop or delivered as a beautifully holistic experience if paired with the Celebrating YOU workshop.

Enoughness

Includes guided workshop and workbook for 1 hour.

Enoughness isn't something you sort out in one sitting; it's something you keep noticing and reworking over time.

Through facilitated discussion and structured activities, this workshop opens that process rather than closing it, building clarity, self-compassion and practical tools to bring calm to the chaos.

You'll leave with a comprehensive workbook designed to support continued reflection and integration well beyond the session itself.

A deeper, workshop supporting women to explore values, expectations and feelings of ‘enoughness’ across different areas of life.

Women gain clarity, self-compassion and practical tools to bring calm to the chaos.
